Biography
Richard Daly has served as a Democratic member of the Nevada Senate representing Senate District 13 since 2022. He succeeded fellow Democrat Julia Ratti in the seat, which encompasses portions of Washoe County including parts of Reno and Sparks.
Before his election to the Senate, Daly served in the Nevada Assembly representing District 31 from 2011 to 2014. He works as a business manager and holds an associate degree from Truckee Meadows Community College.
