Joseph Dalia has served as a Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly representing the 29th district since 2024. He succeeded fellow Democrat Lesley E. Cohen in the seat.

Prior to his legislative service, Dalia worked as an attorney. He graduated from Coronado High School, earned a bachelor's degree from Boston University in 2013, and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017. He has not previously held public office nor served in the military.
